“Oh yes, I will start on that soon.” I respond in an almost immediate way. I rest my arms on the balcony and look back out at the construction in the distance. “I was thinking if I could run her…be in the control tower myself and work her with others of course but still…”
Dominick looks with a bit of a concerned face. “If that’s what you desire, you can. She is yours and you’re world to any one that works her. Speaking of which, I do believe that in the control building there are 3 stations right?”
I don’t turn my head, I am spaced out at the moment, but I still answer, “Yeah, there are three and smaller stations also, but the main three are most important”
“Have you chosen who are going to be the three yet?”
I turn around and reply, “Yes. Myself, my brother and my sister.”

Dominick coughs more but forces himself to talk, “All of you? All the powers working in the same building?  That is –cough cough- wonderful.”
I looked at him in concern, well knowing he’s only got a little less than a year to live. I made no comment about it and just sighed, “Yeah, one big happy family I suppose, but even so, I mostly did that so that communication about things are smoother and so we can get rid of those pointless meetings every four years.”
Dominick switches over to a new wheelchair he seems to have gotten recently and relaxes with a smile. “You’re doing great kid, you’re doing great.”
I smiled and decided to go back inside.
Later that day, I have started to work on prototype cyber parts. I sit there for hours and hours with parts exploding, attaching parts, calculating and just exhausting my brain until I get the parts right. The head pieces were finished of course. I just had to test them as you must do in all experiments, and I thought why not try it on myself.  Unfortunately, I remembered that it wouldn’t do anything until I finish the rest of the parts. I sigh and yawn, looking at the time. It is close to midnight once again, and I still am not hungry from burying myself in my work all day. I decide to get up and check on Dominick… He never moved and was sleeping in his chair outside.
I smiled warmly. ‘What a poor old man but I’m glad you can enjoy your last few months.’ I thought to myself.
I walk outside to the balcony and look out to the horizon, the city below is lit up like the stars above me, and the Millennia is well on her way. There is almost no time where people aren’t working on her. Day and night. Everyone just wanted her done, excited. I roll Dominick in, to his room and carefully put him into bed.  I then quietly walk out and close his door behind me. I look outside on the balcony and see a little black cat and chuckle a bit. I then whisper, “Where did you come from, little kitty?”
